A little Bit of Heaven

MMMMMMMMM a nice cup of sweet Earl Grey for me and a latte for mammy, i love going shopping with my mam! We can't resist a scone ooozzing with fresh cream and jam. Lush! A perfect afternoon, the only thing missing was my knitting :O)

Mmmm Dee-Lish

Garlic mushrooms, with spinach, tomato and cheese. Very easy and quick to make, put the mushrooms in a pan with some melted butter for 3-4 mins, take out the pan and put to one side, saute some spinach with garlic, salt and pepper, spoon this ontop of the mushrooms, slice some tomatoes and soften them off in the same pan, they top with your favourite cheese and put under a hot grill untill the cheese has melted and is all hot and bubbly.

Finishing what i started

Last year i started to make this jumper, i completed the front, then i got caught up in making other things and totally forgot about doing the back. so i have the needles and pattern back out and want this finished so i can wear it this spring.
