Garlic mushrooms, with spinach, tomato and cheese. Very easy and quick to make, put the mushrooms in a pan with some melted butter for 3-4 mins, take out the pan and put to one side, saute some spinach with garlic, salt and pepper, spoon this ontop of the mushrooms, slice some tomatoes and soften them off in the same pan, they top with your favourite cheese and put under a hot grill untill the cheese has melted and is all hot and bubbly.
